Donna Rumma ready to leave PSG Chevalier on approach

The departure of Gianluigi Donnarumma from Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) now seems inevitable, and a meeting is scheduled this week to formalize this decision. Negotiations to extend contracts between the club of the capital and the Italian guard have not been successful, and the PSG now turns to Lucas Chevalier, the doorman of the LOSC. According to the sources, a meeting is scheduled this week to finalize the transfer of Donnarumma, the club does not oppose its departure due to the growing interest of Chelsea and Galatasaray.

In the context of Donnarumma’s eventual departure, the PSG intensified its efforts to recruit Lucas Chevalier. An agreement in principle has been reached with the LOSC for the transfer of the 23-year-old guardian, who is expected to commit for five years. After an initial refusal by the LOSC, the PSG finally accepted the price requested by the Lille club, i.e. 40 million euros. Discussions have been advanced and a verbal agreement between the two Ligue 1 clubs is now well established.

The LOSC must now prepare for the signing of Chevalier’s contract, which is about to join the PSG. The situation is fast and the transfer of Chevalier is considered a priority for the PSG, in order to fill the vacuum left by the probable departure of Donnarumma. The Parisian club has thus accelerated its efforts to secure the future of its team by strengthening its touchline with a talented young guard.
