As the new season approaches, SSC Napoli is stepping up its recruitment efforts, with a strong priority on the acquisition of a field environment. According to news from the specialist journalist Matteo Moretto, the club, led by Aurelio De Laurentiis, has identified three profiles to strengthen the Antonio Conte team. These tracks include Andy Diouf, RC Lens player, Carney Chukwuemeka, international English hope in Chelsea, and Djaoui Cisse, a talented midfielder at Stade Rennais. The Neapolitan club actively explores these options, assessing their potential to meet a specific need within its workforce.
Andy Diouf, 22 years old and linked to RC Lens until 2028, is considered a particularly interesting option. This versatile midfielder has already proved its worth at a high level, notably with the French U23 team at the last Olympic Games. Although it still needs to gain in regularity and decision-making in the most dangerous areas, Napoli has already contacted the player’s representatives for a possible transfer. Similarly, Carney Chukwuemeka, a 21-year-old player in Chelsea, is also a prime target, although it represents the largest investment, with an estimated demand of between 30 and 35 million euros.
Finally, Djaoui Cisse, a young prodigy of Stade Rennais, is seen as a solution for the future. This 21-year-old midfielder, whose contract runs until 2029, was revealed in the second part of last season under the direction of Habib Beye. His departure is not currently envisaged, although a substantial financial offer may potentially change this situation. While the transfer window is in its final phase in Ligue 1, it remains to be seen whether RC Lens and Stade Rennais will be willing to give up Andy Diouf and Djaoui Cisse to SSC Napoli.
