Match cancelled the Racing adapts its internship to pursue its objectives

Today’s match between Racing and Heidehheim was cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. The rain made Jenbach’s terrain impracticable and potentially dangerous for the players, leading to this decision. The cancellation was envisaged as soon as the two teams arrived on the site around 13:45, thus confirming the impossibility of continuing the meeting. This cancellation means that there will be no more matches for the Racing Club in Strasbourg during this probationary period.

In the face of this situation, the Racing players opted for a short and low-intensity training, called “race mode”, in the field. This activity aims to maintain some physical fitness despite the impossibility of playing the scheduled game. The goal is to preserve the condition of players and minimize the impact of cancellation on their preparation.

After this alternative training, the Racing team plans to fly to Alsace in the evening. This logistical decision allows us to continue the course in more favourable conditions and to focus on the technical and tactical aspects of the preparation, waiting for new match opportunities. The team remains committed to achieving its objectives despite unforeseen events.
