AS Monaco might consider separating from Maghnes Akliouche, as the attacker is now courted by two European clubs. After a notable performance in a friendly match against Inter Milan, where he quickly scored, the young player became a target of choice. Sources indicate that one of these clubs expressed interest at the end of the game, while another, whose name is not specified, also expressed interest. In order to secure its services, the ASM should receive the €70 million offer mentioned above.
In parallel to this situation, the People’s Court of Monaco reopened the proceedings concerning the Adi Hütter case, the ASM coach. He is accused of favouritism, incitement to fault, mental bankruptcy and concealment of objectives. His lawyer defended his record, noting that he was the first coach to remain in the position for three consecutive seasons in eight years. The lawyer highlighted Hütter’s successes, including the qualification in the Champions League twice, and criticized the ASM’s past recruitment choices, considering them less relevant than those of the coach.
Hütter’s lawyer insisted that the success of the team is the result of his tactical choices and the confidence he gives his players, especially young talent. He pointed out that Hütter exercised discernment by capitalizing on available forces and achieving the objectives set. The lawyer is convinced that Hütter will leave the ASM, but that he will eventually do so, as the major European clubs will be interested in his services. He concluded by asking the Monegasque people to decide whether to keep Hütter for a third consecutive season, stressing that the club would make this decision.
