Félix Correia-Renfort offensive of LOSC-A strategic coup for the Lille attack

LOSC Lille enlisted the services of Felix Correiia, a 24-year-old Portuguese winger, to reinforce his attack, potentially succeeding Edon Zhegrova whose departure is envisaged. The arrival of Correiia, from Gil Vicente, is seen as a strategic blow to boost the offensive sector of the club. The transaction, estimated at 7 million euros according to Fabrizio Romano, is part of a renewal policy aimed at offsetting recent departures of key players such as Jonathan David, Chuba Akpom, Rémy Cabella and, presumably, Edon Zhegrova.

Correiia demonstrated her talent in the 2024-2025 season, with 10 goals and 5 assists in 37 games. Trained at the Sporting CP, he enriched his experience through prestigious clubs such as Manchester City, Juventus, AZ Alkmaar and Parma before winning in Portugal. This international course and its versatility on both wings offer LOSC a new offensive dimension, capable of creating differences and bringing variety into the game.

Although the RC Lens also expressed interest in Correiia, the LOSC finally won the recruitment race. The player, seduced by the prospect of competing in European competitions, arrived in Lille with the ambition to take a new level in his career. Its recruitment is part of a global offensive reconstruction strategy for the LOSC, which seeks to maintain a high level of performance after several major departures.
