Kang-in Lee, midfielder of Paris Saint-Germain, is planning a start from the Parisian club after a disappointing season. His playing time decreased considerably, from 45 appearances and 26 tenures in the last season to a less central role in Luis Eneiro’s tactical system. This situation, amplified by media criticism and the change of system imposed by the Spanish coach, prompted him to think about a new opportunity to get a more regular playing time. The 24-year-old recently expressed his desire to give the best of himself, whether at the PSG, at another club or with the national team, while maintaining his fitness and ability to contribute to the team.
Several European clubs are interested in Kang-in Lee, including Naples and Manchester United. Naples has been supporting a desire to integrate the young player into its workforce for several months, even considering his inclusion in the transfer of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia last winter. However, Luis Eneiro, PSG coach, does not seem willing to separate from Kang-in Lee, which could be used in the team rotation for next season. The situation therefore remains open and the future of the South Korean terrain is uncertain.
At the same time, Paris Saint-Germain could lose another goaltender, Arnao Tenas, who had a very limited time playing last season. The Spanish doorman, Olympic champion 2024, is very interested in the Celta de Vigo, who is looking for a new number one after recruiting Ionut Radu. Estimated at EUR 3 million, Tenas should not be retained by the PSG and the Celta de Vigo could quickly make an offer to seize it. This potential defect is in addition to rumours about the departure of Gianluigi Donnarumma, leaving the PSG faced with the need to strengthen its goaltender staff.
