The midfielder of the Racing Club de Strasbourg, Rabby Nzingoula, was selected by Bérnard Diomède to represent the team of France U20 during the World Cup which will take place in Chile from 27 September to 19 October. This participation will lead to a few weeks’ absence for Nzingoula from his current club. He joined a list of 21 players including other former players from Strasbourg, including Steven Baseya playing in Alerca and Bradel Kiwa, currently in Monaco. The France U20 team will be divided into Group E, where they will face South Africa, the United States and New Caledonia.
In anticipation of the Sunday match against Paris FC, coach Liam Rosenior announced the return of several important players for Racing. Among them are Emaenuel Emegha, Guéla Doué and Andrew Omobamidele, whose return will strengthen the Strasbourg workforce. However, several players will be unavailable, including Julio Enciso, Sebaastian Nanasi, Abakar Sylla and Maximillian Oyedelé.
Despite these absences, the Racing Club in Strasbourg is entering this meeting with a positive dynamic, showing three victories in four days of championship. The team is motivated to continue this momentum before two important deadlines: to receive the Olympique de Marseille on Friday 26 September at 8:45 pm, then to make its first European trip to Bratislava on Thursday 2 October at 9 pm. These next matches will be crucial for the club season.
