Kevin Diaz criticizes Roberto De Zerbi's choices regarding the preparation of matches at OM

In the “After Foot” program broadcast on RMC last Monday, Kevin Diaz expressed his misunderstanding of Roberto De Zerbi’s choices regarding the preparation of matches at OM. A former player, Diaz criticized the repetition of the green bets away from Commandery. While OM had justified a first greening in Rome before Brest’s reception to get out of the Marseille context, Kevin Diaz believes that the repetition of these stays questions.

“The greening, I could understand it before Brest, but I don’t understand it anymore. What does that mean? That at OM, as long as De Zerbi is there, we won’t stay at Commandery as we approach important matches while there’s everything we need to work well,” said Diaz on the “After Foot” show.

According to Kevin Diaz, OM has all the infrastructure needed to prepare important deadlines on site, without the need for systematic isolation. This recurring choice of De Zerbi could eventually ask questions about the internal management and adaptation of the Italian technician to the Marseille context.

However, Roberto De Zerbi seems determined to impose his methods. Convinced that isolation can strengthen concentration and weld the group, it continues to organize greening before crucial meetings, even if it raises questions among observers and consultants.
