Ligue 1+ new broadcasting service and exclusive content

The Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP) presented on Thursday its new broadcasting service, LIGUE 1+, detailing its operation and prices. This LFPMedia platform aims to broadcast 8 of the 9 Ligue 1 meetings live and exclusively every day. The remaining game will be broadcast on BeIN Sports. The offer is accompanied by an enhanced editorial coverage, including pre-games broadcast from the stadiums and two studio magazines in Paris.

The casting of LIGUE 1+ brings together a group of personalities from the French media world, including Xavier Domergue, Thibaud Le Rol, Marina Lorenzo, Smaïl Bouabdelalah, Sébastien Dupuis and Lesly Boitrelle, who will provide the analysis and comment of the matches. Benoît Cheyrou joins the channel as the main consultant, and other names are expected soon. Beyond retransmissions, the platform promises exclusive and innovative content focused on clubs, such as interviews, behind-the-scenes sequences and original formats.

LIGUE 1+ will be offered at a price of €14.99 per month with commitment. A special offer of €9.99 per month, without commitment, will also be available for subscribers under the age of 26 on mobiles, tablets and computers. The platform will be accessible through partnerships with telecom operators such as Orange, Bouygues Telecom, Free and SFR, as well as DAZN, and will also be accessible via streaming (OTT). The official launch will take place on August 15, with a free launch evening featuring the live magazine at 7:15 p.m., followed by the broadcast of the Nantes – PSG match.
