Several former players from the AS Saint-Étienne have competed in the European and North American championships in recent days. Denis Bouanga, Robert Beric, Loïs Diony and Franck Honorat all scored important goals for their respective teams.

In Turkish D2 Loïs Diony scored his fourth goal of the season with Bandirmaspor, allowing his team to win an important match against Erokspor. This goal is crucial as the championship comes to an end and there are only a few games left to play.

In the Chinese Super League, Robert Beric finally scored his first goal of the season with Changchun Yatai on the ninth day. Unfortunately for him, his team conceded a sixth defeat and found himself in danger of relegation.
