Nico Gaitán, aged 37, left Sarmiento without making a statement. This decision follows on from his coach’s comments and his reflection on the advance of his age, suggesting a close end to his career. The player, who moved to LOSC between January and August 2020 (4 matches for a total of 50 minutes), has moved away from the world of football since last winter without officially announcing anything. However, he has not been recruited by a new club since then.
