ASSE strengthens its training: two young talents join Clairefontaine

The S.E.L.A.S. actively pursues its policy of training development, considering this path as essential to the construction of its future. This strategy is manifested in concrete terms by the integration of two young players, Ali Mze Ainour (RC Joinville) and Massango Saymon (Bussy Saint-Georges FC), under contract of non-solicitation with the club. These talents, from amateur football, were selected to join INF Clairefontaine from the 2025-2026 season, following an official convocation by the Fédération Française de Football. Their arrival at the ASSE training centre is scheduled for July 2027, after the completion of their training cycle in Clairefontaine, where they will continue to progress by alternating between the hope pole and the competitions with their respective clubs.

The integration into Clairefontaine’s National Football Institute is a significant step forward for these young players. This establishment, recognized as one of the best young talent training centres in Europe, has seen the passing of emblematic figures of world football such as Zinedine Zidane, Kylian Mbappé and Nicolas Anelka. The selection of Ali Mze Ainour and Massango Saymon demonstrates their exceptional potential, given the rigorous selection process, which evaluates medical skills, athletic abilities, technical skills and game intelligence in order to identify the future promises of French football.

This dual acquisition reinforces ASSE’s commitment to proactively identify and train young talent, thereby securing the rights of these players through non-solicitation agreements established in 2025. This approach allows the club to build a young staff, imbued with its game philosophy and loyalty to its colours. The experience gained at Clairefontaine, focused on rigour, demand and experience, will greatly enrich their journey and prepare players to integrate the Forez with a valuable background, thus offering fans an encouraging perspective for the future of the club.
