The Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) is the Ligue 1 club that received the largest compensation from UEFA for players called in the international selection during the last international truces. According to a report recently published by UEFA, the PSG received EUR 4.425 million, followed by AS Monaco with EUR 1.234 million and Stade Rennais with EUR 1.062 million. The clubs of Olympique Lyonnais (OL) and Olympique de Marseille (OM) are further in the rankings, with around 400,000 euros and 600,000 euros respectively.
Journalist Pierre Mรฉnรจs, known for his analysis of PSG meetings this season, recently expressed his opinion on a Parisian player who did not convince him. Although he acknowledged Luis Enrique’s work since his arrival at the club and especially this season, he did not understand Kang-in Lee’s presence in the team. According to him, the South Korean player does not have the level to evolve within the PSG, considering it a casting error. He even described Lee Kang-In as the “horrible Lee Kang-In,” believing he would be more successful in low-pressure clubs and never saw him dribble in his games.
