Kolo Muani ready to join PSG despite contractual uncertainty

Randal Kolo Muani, currently on loan at the Juventus, is expected to join the Turin team for next season, unless there is an unexpected turnaround. However, an agreement between Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) and the Juventus has not yet been concluded, which implies that the attacker is expected to resume training in Paris. This situation is an important issue in the Parisian mercato, as the player is not in Luis Enrique’s plans and should not evolve under the PSG’s colours this season.

After a successful first half of the season with the Juventus, where he scored 10 goals in 21 games, former Nantais convinced the Turin leaders to initiate negotiations with the PSG for a new deal. According to information from Foot Mercato, the 26-year-old is expected at the PSG training centre on July 23. In the absence of an agreement between the two clubs, therefore, there remains a PSG player for the moment.

This situation is part of a broader scheme, as other loaned players, such as Renato Sanches, are also expected to join the Poissy training centre next week. These players are usually integrated into a separate group, called the “loft”, which brings together the excluded elements of the sports project and which train outside the professional group. This practice allows to manage players whose future within the club is uncertain.
