PSG: Historical record of invincibility outside

PSG scored a disappointing draw against FC Nantes (1-1), this Tuesday in Ligue 1. Despite this, Luis Enrique’s team has managed to set a historic record in world football: it has just chained 39 games without defeat outside in Ligue 1. This series is the longest ever made by a team from the five major European championships.

Gianluigi Donnarumma, PSG goaltender, expressed frustration after the draw against FC Nantes. He said the team needs to improve its management of the ball to avoid easily losing opportunities, especially as it approaches the semifinal of Champions League against Arsenal.

Luis Enrique praised the achievement of this historic record, but also recalled that this series was not programmed and simply symbolizes the regularity and progress of his team.

The PSG will face Nice next Friday for its next meeting in Ligue 1.
