OL: More than 50,000 spectators for a historic victory over Stade Rennais

Last weekend, OL welcomed 51,034 spectators in their victory over Stade Rennais (4-1). The club hopes to replicate this success for its next game against Lens on Sunday at 5:15 p.m. Currently, more than 40,000 tickets have already been sold thanks to the special offer of 49 euros for the last three home meetings.

However, the sporting situation is also an important factor for this record influx. The fans are motivated by the Champions League race and want to encourage their team in this crazy fight for the podium.

It should also be noted that initially access to the stadium had cooled some fans due to work preventing trams from serving the Rhodanian stadium. However, the organisation and the service were sufficiently fluid to avoid any transport and logistics problems during the match against Rennes.

The club therefore hopes to reproduce this beautiful influx during the penultimate home meeting of the season on 4 May, using the same means of transport.
