PSG is looking for a new site for its stadium

Paris Saint-Germain is preparing to take a crucial step in its ambition to build its own stadium. According to AFP, the Paris club is preparing to officially communicate in the next few days to present the three sites selected to host its future speaker. Three destinations are envisaged: Massy (Essonne), where a 90,000-seat stadium is planned, accompanied by commercial and hotel areas; Montigny-le-Bretonneux (Yvelines) and Poissy, where PSG has already established its training centre. A fourth site, Saint-Cloud, had been briefly mentioned, but logistical constraints would make this option more complex.

For several months, the PSG has been unable to purchase the Parc des Princes, owned by the City of Paris. An arm of iron committed itself without a favorable outcome for the club which would have decided to turn the page.

As the PSG continues its quest for invincibility in the championship, with in line historical records like that of Milan AC (38 consecutive matches without defeat outside between 1991 and 1993, now beaten), the Professional Football League today communicated important information about the summer mercato. The LFP has announced that the official opening of the transfer market in France will take place on June 16 for all clubs. However, a notable exception was granted to the MTP, which will be able to start its mercato on 1 June. This decision was taken in order to allow the Parisian club to anticipate the preparation of the World Cup of Clubs, scheduled in the United States from June 14 to July 13, 2025. The PSG will have 10 days, until June 10, to recruit before this major event where it will represent France on the international stage. The closure of the mercato is scheduled for 1 September at midnight.
