The president of LOSC, Olivier Létang, was satisfied but not completely with the victory of his team against Angers (0-2), achieved despite a numerical superiority for more than 20 minutes. “I said after the Lyon game that I was very positive about the fact that we would be there for the end of the season,” he said on the DAZN antennas after the final whistle.

However, Létang believes that his team could have done better and more. “We’ve won the last three games, we’re here in the final sprint and we have three days left. We played 48 games and some played much less. But we have a group that is consistent and has strong values. I’m very glad we won today. It was a trap game and it was important to avoid it to position yourself well before our last three matches. On the other hand, I think we’ll have to do a little more to get what we want to get.”

The LOSC president also said that he was pleased to have won but that he would have liked his team to score more goals. “Our match start was very difficult, we gave our opponent the opportunities. It’s happened today but let’s be vigilant next time,” he added.
