The Dogues are fighting for the podium, but they have to face a formation that fights for its survival in the elite. The surprise victory of OGC Nice over Paris Saint-Germain marked the beginning of this championship day, which continues this Saturday with the matches of RC Strasbourg, AS Monaco and Olympique Lyonnais, all candidates for the podium.

LOSC will face Angers on Sunday at 3pm. Four days before the end of the championship, the Dogues have their destiny in their hands and can still reach the podium if they continue on their good dynamics.

Bruno Genesio, the LOSC coach, expects a tense afternoon against an Angers team who will fight to the end to stay in the elite. “The traps are there every weekend,” he said at a press conference. “Angers is not yet sure how to maintain himself and we know what that means.
