Ranking of European clubs: PSG leads

The UEFA rating of European clubs has been updated, revealing the significant impact of French teams in continental competitions. Paris is at the top of this ranking, taking sixth place with 94,500 points accumulated over the last five seasons. The Champions League title the previous year contributed to this accumulation, with an additional 33,500 points. Lille ranks 26th, thanks to a notable participation in the Champions League in the previous season, earning him 24,000 points. Lyon, despite its absence from the European cups in recent seasons, remains a respectable place in 42nd place with 22,750 points, mainly thanks to its Europa League course. Marseille followed closely, in 42nd position with 42,000 points, while the ASM placed just behind with 41,000 points.

OM owes a significant part of its points to its Europa League campaign, which led him in the semifinal against Atalanta in 2023-2024. The ASM had a great adventure in the Champions League, reaching the 16th final. Rennes, Nice and Brest are also ranked 58th, 90th and 91st respectively, with 35 000, 17 000 and 16 750 points. Outside the top 100, Strasbourg, Lens, Toulouse and Nantes follow in 115th, 116th, 117th and 118th positions.

The PSG largely dominates this ranking, with 231 500 points, a rising trajectory marked by its recent crown in the Champions League. Lyon, although less successful on the European level in recent years, still has a second respectable place with 126 750 points. AS Monaco and OM follow, with 82 000 and 79 000 points respectively, thanks to their performances in the Europa League and in the Champions League. The LOSC, which is increasingly competitive in the Champions League, has accumulated 72,000 points. Bordeaux is also present, with 10,000 points, despite its current delicate sporting situation.
