The Olympique de Marseille is preparing to celebrate its 125th anniversary with a big anniversary evening at the Stade Vélodrome on Friday, May 2. The club formalized the presence of former French player and international Franck Ribéry for this special event. Arrived in Marseille in 2005, Ribéry carried the colours of the OM for two seasons before joining Bayern Munich where he was very successful.

Ribéry joins a prestigious list of former players who have marked the club’s history, such as Didier Drogba, Robert Pirès, Samir Nasri and Mamadou Niang.
